To all of my followers who see me reblog stuff about the Columbine High School shooting: I promise that I’m not “sick” or “twisted” or anything like that. The Columbine shooting is the one piece of human history that intrigues me more than anything else. I look at the shooters, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, and I see a lot of myself in them. I see two otherwise normal kids who were bullied to the point where they were filled with so much hate that they just couldn’t take it anymore. I see two kids who became so disconnected from society that they felt that they had to go to war against society in the one way they knew how to: going after the school where they were constantly bullied. Every single kid in America has the potential to be a Harris or Klebold, whether people want to believe that or not. Back on topic, the beautiful thing about Columbine (from a researching standpoint) is that there are gobs and gobs of information to learn about it. Learning about events like Columbine helpsus prevent incidents like it in the future. That’s all I gotta say about it, so keep it in mind when you see me reblog Columbine stuff.
